Where do you sell your products/ship to?We are currently shipping/delivering to all 50 States. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time. If you have any questions regarding an order please message us before purchasing.

Are the treats safe if my dog has an allergy?Though we thoroughly wash all of our baking equipment between batches, we are not an allergen-free kitchen. We are completely nut-free, but that is the only allergen we can guarantee will not be in our treats. All treats are processed on equipment that process egg, salmon, shrimp, beef, chicken, oats, dairy (milk and cheese), and various fruits and veggies. If you have an allergy, please message us directly before purchasing any treats so that we can tell you which ingredients are in that treat. However, if your pup has an allergy, we recommend avoiding the treats as we cannot guarantee that they do not contain the allergen. If you decide to proceed with feeding the treats to your pup, we do not assume any liability for any allergic reaction or illness that takes place. We do our best to keep allergens separate, but again, there is no guarantee and we would rather you are cautious so that your pup does not have an allergic reaction!!

How long do the treats stay good for?We recommend putting your treats directly into the freezer once they arrive. Treats thaw in approximately 30 minutes. This will help extend the shelf life as we do not use any preservatives. Treats will stay fresh in freezer for up to one year as long as they are stored properly.

How long will it take for my cookies to ship?Since we are baking your cookies fresh in our kitchen it may take 5-10 days for us to bake your order, but once it is finished we will get in the mail as fast as possible! For large orders (over 1lb of cookies) it may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for the time it takes for USPS to deliver the package. Once we drop it off at the post office it is out of our hands.

Are there any nuts used in our products?No, our products are completely nut-free and baked in a nut free kitchen.

Are these products edible for human consumption?Yes, absolutely! All of our products are 100% safe for humans and dogs to eat! We have tried several during the test-run periods and we have to say, they are quite tasty!

How many cookies are in your trial bag?Our trial bag is approximately 27 grams, which ends up 3-4 cookies per flavor!

How many cookies are in your 1/4lb bag?This will depend on flavor and shape of the treat, as some flavors are larger cookies than others. Typically, this size bag will have anywhere from 18-27 cookies.

How many cookies are in your 1/2lb bag?This will depend on flavor and shape of the treat, as some flavors are larger cookies than others. Typically, this size bag will have anywhere from 36-44 cookies.

What do I do if I don't put in the correct shipping address?We can try our best to accommodate adjustments before the order is processed but unfortunately once the order has been processed it cannot be changed. Please be sure to include all parts of your address including apartment and unit number at the time of check out.

Will there be new flavors released?Yes, we have four seasonal menus. Seasonal treats will retire at the end of each season, but feel free to stock up and store treats in the freezer until they return to our menu the following year. We will additionally release some limited edition flavors for special holidays and boxes. Be sure to keep an eye on our Instagram page for details!

Do your cookies ever go on sale?Yes, we will run sales periodically. In the meantime, if you check our our brand ambassador section you can use one of their codes for 15% off your order.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately right now, we are only able to ship to the U.S.A. and Canada. However, we are hoping that we can branch our to our international friends here in the near future. Please keep an eye our for announcements and updates on this topic!

Can I request a refund once I place an order?Effective 9/5/2022 there will be a 5% refund fee assessed for each refund. This fee will cover any charges we incur with having to process your refund. Please make sure to double check your shipping, payment method, and apply any code before proceeding to the final stages of checkout. Once the order is placed, we may be able to assist in minor modifications, but we cannot change payment method or apply a discount after the order has been confirmed. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately. If your order has started to be processed, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Do you have any soft treats?While most of our treats tend to be hard, we offer a selection of soft treats as well. If you need soft treats please check out our pupcakes, salmon puffs, and dog safe brownies. Additionally, please feel free to check out any of our treats made with oat flour (dog safe doughnuts, pumpkin doughnuts, breath fresheners, pumpkin treats, veggie medley treats, etc...) as they tend to be easier to break and dissolve easily.
